Welcome to my journey, where I wear many hats just like you—mom, daughter, sister, friend, and employee. But what truly matters is the transformation I want to share with you.

In 2014, I seemed to have it all together as a Senior Business Development Manager overseas. Yet, I felt like a ship with holes in its sails—burnout, anxiety, and no sense of direction. My coping strategies were unhealthy, and I knew change was imperative.

Then in 2015, I stumbled into my first yoga class during a Bali vacation, completely uncertain but hopeful it could help. After some initial self-doubt, a remarkable shift occurred. Yoga not only eased my stress but taught me the invaluable art of self-care, inside and out. I pursued this path further, moving to Australia in 2016 for formal studies. I let go of toxic habits, like alcohol, and invested in becoming a certified Yoga teacher (2018) and Health and wellness coach (2019). Now, I apply these lessons to every facet of my life, even while working in the corporate world, where I deliver marketing workshops with a newfound focus on well-being.
